Article suddenly unsold - no contact from CC

A few days ago I sold an article for full rights...it showed up in my list as sold and the money was credited to my account. Today it is suddenly back in my article pool and the money has been removed from my account, but there is no word from CC on why this has happened. Does anyone know whats going on?

I can't say for sure, but I did have this happen to me once. The customer decided not to keep an article and got a refund. Hopefully, you'll sell something else to make up for it. I know it must be disappointing. WG

Hi WG, thanks for replying...I've never had that happen before. I really wish CC would just drop authors a quick note when things like this happen!
