I remember reading on here a while back that some articles submitted for public requests were getting lost somehow. The requesting customer was never "automatically notified," and writers had to manually notify the customer.
Is anybody still noticing this problem? I've submitted a few articles to public requests recently that seem to be completely ignored by the customers (i.e., not even one hit). Any idea what's going on here?
Zero hits on my article: is the customer seeing it?

Hi.
I've also noticed that hits on public requests are conspicuously absent sometimes. That said, sometimes there's no indication that even the editor has looked at the file, according the the number of "hits." Perhaps there is just a glitch of some kind in the counter?
Cheers.
