Them ones are better

How would you write something like this in an article to emphasize the point that it's grammatically incorrect but often spoken in dialects. Would you use italics/emphasis on "Them ones"?

It kind of depends on the audience and the context - maybe even the humor or authoritative approach. It's often a delicate balance... Can you give us an example of the paragraph?

* While y'all may refer to them ones in casual situations, them ones should be properly addressed in business and formal settings. (Humorous - or at least an attempt at it)

* The term "them ones" is often used casually, but it's grammatically incorrect. (Authoritative)

It's closer to the first asterisk, but I might just remove it. CC isn't the platform to run wild with grammatical experimentation, mind you I don't have a large sum of articles accepted, so less is safer in my case.

Apropos Celeste, I saw your Youtube videos, when will you make more? :)
