Phew, Lenin. I just read all that. What a palaver! Hope it will be ok from now on.
That's the trouble with the internet. It's great when it all works, but when something goes wrong, we are totally reliant on the cooperation of suppliers and technicians.
I recently stayed offline for a while because of my security programmes. When I downloaded an upgrade, it wouldn't install and the email help support took days to reply to each of my emails. After I uninstalled the previous version according to their instructions, I got a virus that took days to get sorted, and then only by downloading another antivirus solution, which I now have to pay for before the end of its trial period.
Don't we always end up forking out the lolly?

my broadband was again down, while I had to do a lot of research for my new article on cardspace, what to do, it just got right.
