British vs. American English

I know we've had discussions about the differences before. This list might be useful to any of you who are trying to write in for a different audience.

I must say that I've made fried zucchini, but I'd never fry a courgette. It's almost that time of year.

This is interesting....

Here in Canada, our spelling is basically British, but our slang and terminology is heavily influenced by America.
