Writers,
It's time to revisit the topic of hurried submissions. This often becomes a problem when we see many requests in a short period of time.
Writers have to do their part to ensure they submit quality work. While not *always* true (it's possible to over-correct), generally more time spent on an article correlates to higher quality writing . . . which means more customer interest, which means a higher likelihood that you'll sell the article quickly at a fair price.
In addition, when an article is rejected and resubmitted after an hour, the article has very rarely been adequately revised. It's really in your best interest to take your time with revision if your article has been rejected. Most likely, I won't be in a position to look at it immediately anyway (it will since have moved to the end of the queue). Nor will I want to - I prefer to look at an article with fresh eyes so as to make a better judgement about it as a revised piece.
The following document describes the problems with hurried submissions and how they affect writers, customers, and editors:

Please take time to review it. You may even find it a little entertaining.
