Hi, I'd like to know if there is a way to recover my files that were submitted as articles that have not sold or that have sold for usage only. I lost some of them when I got a new computer.

I'd also like to know if there is a way to recover the articles I have sold for full rights, so I can archive them on my computer as having sold for full rights.

I'd like to be able to do this without having to buy my own article. The system didn't let me set the price to zero for me to "buy."

Any help is much appreciated.
