A cusomer just informed me that an piece they just bought for full rights was already used on a blog. I investigated and found 4 other articles of mine being used without permission. I have sent the owner a stern email advising them to remove articles or face DMCA complaint.

There are other posts on there and it may be worth other authors having a look to see if their work has been 'borrowed' without permission. Plus if you check out his profile he has a few other blogs....you may want to check those too!

Have you guys heard about the Cooks Source story? It's infuriating that the so-called editor considers the Internet "public domain." Hopefully this will wake up the clueless:

I was referring to the Cooks Source infringement controversy where an internet mob ganged up on the plagiarist.

Thanks for pointing out the Cooks Source story Celeste. I spent some time reading about it and then blogging about it. What a great story that is teaching people about copyright infringement.

Yes the blog appears down but the articles are still in Google's cache. Any idea how to get this removed. Only a customer is hesitant to use an article he bought until he can be assured it is not anywhere else.
