Has anyone noticed how often the client "Papergirl" posts requests, yet has no purchase rating? I suppose she could be placing elsewhere as well and simply chooses to buy her articles there. Still, I would be a little leary of answering any of her requests...

I have had a few clients that work in teams where one would post the request yet another would buy it. It does happen. (One of my best clients does this). Papergirl's latest topic seems like a winner, so I'd consider it based on topic rather than relying solely on purchase rating.
