accepting customer offers

Hello everyone,

I'm newer here and am for the first time accepting an offer below my listed price. Does the system automatically charge the customer the agreed upon price and then forward the article? Do I need to take another action besides accepting the offer on the system? I'm afraid that if I lower the price on the article, someone other than the offering customer will buy it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
