A Good Backup Program Anyone?

Does anyone have a good back up program that they would recommend? I would like to get one that could be set up to do automatic backups. Any suggestions are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

I've heard good things about Memeo AutoBackup. It's for Win2000/XP, though (no Vista compatibility - yet, anyway).
I'm actually planning on buying this one sometime this week. Hopefully, anyway.

Constant -- Yes, Windows XP.
Sarah81 -- THANKS for the input - let me know what you think about it after you have it all set up IF you dont mind.
The main feature I was looking for is a program that can be setup to do automatic backups of all changed files & not back up everything each time, but replace only the changed files.
