content request descriptions

I am new and have not had anything published yet, so I am not allowed to contact customers. However, some of the customer's descriptions are not clear on what they want. How do you communicate questions to customers when you aren't allowed to contact them?

You may not be able to until you've had a few articles reviewed and accepted. After that, you can put questions to customers regarding their public requests by clicking on 'Send message/Attach article'. But most of us try not to bother customers this way because it's best to submit what you think is required from the request description. The customer will then select one or more articles from those submitted. If yours is not chosen it will remain on the site in your portfolio until it is snapped uop by another customer. If you get private requests, you are likely to have more communication with the customers who have chosen you to write for them.
