Customer Hard To Contact

I have a long-standing arrangement with a customer, but I'm a bit upset because she hasn't answered my email. I hope that she hasn't disappeared! I hope that she's away on holiday.

Has anyone else submitted Private Requests for a long time and suddenly lost contact with the customer?

I know the feeling. Sometimes I wonder, "What if he died?" -- I'd never know! Usually, they come back. Who knows, the customer may have changed email addresses or be on vacation. Fortunately, customers know where to find us when they're ready.
