The article:
"Water is essential for regulating body functions. The studies have not been able to provide satisfactory answers regarding the amount of water a person must consume in a day. The requirement for water differs from person to person, and the activity level, health and the climatic conditions.
Water makes up for 70% of body weight, and it is essential for the smooth functioning of various organs of the body. Dehydration, a medical condition, occur due to lack of water in the body. Dehydration results, in fatigue and drain of energy.
A body loses water through breathing, respiring, urine and bowel movement. The person must consume enough water to compensate for loss of due to metabolic process. An average adult loses approximately 2 liters of water through urine, and another liter or so occurs due to metabolic activities like sweating and bowel movement. The foods replenish approximately 25% of water and thus, the individual needs to consume more than 1 liter to make up for remaining 75% of water loss.
The color of urine can help to determine if the water intake is sufficient for the body, if the urine is colorless or slightly yellowish it means the water is sufficient."
This covers 1/3 or article, Please help me if there is error. I am confused.
