A cuctomer at CC has a public request, but...

I cannot contact him. His request is to describe some products, but he wants the writer to let him know they are interested.
First, I was told that once I have articles accepted, even if they don't sell, I can then finally contact a future customer with any questions about their request. Now, I understand I have to sell an article first.
Can someone tell me how I can possibly write for this one:
