Research Tactics

Trying to produce quality articles in a timely manner is a never-ending pursuit. One of my hangups is research. What are some of your favorite research sources and tactics? I use the library, plus quality .org and .edu sites. Not many primary (expert/interview) sources, though I have done some email interviews. How about you guys?

It depends a lot on your subject matter. For example, I've been writing about dogs recently. I have found both the ASPCA and AKC websites to be invaluable.
