Private Request Exclamation Mark

Ok, it's really not big deal, but I'm curious about this. Why do some of the private requests have exclamation points and some don't? Mine used to always have them, but then I got 2 recently that did not. Is there actually some type of difference?

WOW, I guess this will remain a "mystery" forever, huh? The one thing I did notice & not sure if it has anything to do with the exclamation mark, but the ones that don't have one all have 0 buyers rating????
