I have a question for other authors out there:
Have you ever run your own content based website for advertising revenue?

I was wondering if anyone with experience in this area would be willing to discuss their experience with me, completely off the record. This isn't for an article. It's for a dream of mine to run my own online magazine, that has a very tailored, and if captured, attentive audience.

I am working on putting together my informal "business plan" to present to my business coach in 2 weeks, and realize that while I have many of the puzzle pieces, I am still missing a few.

Elizabeth, if you need online advice like how to make money with content based websites... its petty much what I did before CC. However, it sounds like you may be going the "Magazine" route which is a lot harder to break. If you want to bounce some online marketing/revenue generation off me I would be more the willing.
