Payment not reflecting

Hi Ed
My IBS article has been downloaded twice but only one license and payment is reflecting in my account. Is there a glitch?

You are in the customers' forum again. Please use the very first forum in the list (at the very top) to ask questions. I don't want your issues to get lost!
Please contact support with this issue. There may be an underlying reason for this, or it may be a mistake. You can use the "Contact Us" link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Just remember to include your email address so that they can get back with you.
