That's awesome! Glad to see customers can see the CC difference - and that they value it. It's a terrific reminder for us all to keep polishing and improving.

PS. For those who haven't set up to get the blog RSS feeds to your feed reader, it's kind of cool. I'm using Microsoft Live Mail (OE's replacement) and it makes getting feeds as easy as getting emails. I saw this post sortly after it was posted.
