We now have the ability for customers to put in request for specific writers, and you can now communicate via a private request system.

It works the same way except when a customer requests one particular writer they are the only ones emailed and they are the only ones that can post and view the questions and answers.

This is great .AWhat kind of customer response have we had so far?

Question... is that one person informed that only they were offered the job? Or does it just appear in our inbox the same as any other request?

And I'm curious to know too, if many customers are taking advantage of it or not.

I do not see any different content requests since august. is my site access right?
