Writers,

It has come to my attention that emails aren't getting through to writers. They aren't getting through to me, either.

I encourage you to check the requested content regularly (use the arrows to see the most recent requests), because there have been some recent requests approved without notice being sent/received.

In addition, if your article has "disappeared," and you haven't received notification, kindly post your questions in the rejection forum so that they don't get lost among the day-to-day conversation.

I've contacted support about this issue and will post if I get any information.

Has, or can, anyone check whether authors' messages are getting to requesters?

This is probably working within the site itself, but I am currently still waiting to hear about the email notification system.

Do please note that often customers are extremely busy and may not respond to every question . . . or any question! . . . in the request area.
