We just redid the request system, users should find it much more user friendly. You can post private posts so others can not read the post, and reply your own threads. This way you don't have to keep asking new questions. Please take a look at let me know what you think or if you see any problems.

I just played with it, I'm a little leary of it because it looks too easy! LOL
