Author Bio = where to post?
Should I have included my author bio inside the file that uploaded for the article? And if so would my e-mail be appropriate content in the bio?

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "included my author bio inside the file that uploaded for the article," but if you mean should you have included personal information in your articles for sale, the answer is no. A byline is all you are permitted to use. However, if you want to make your e-mail address and a small bio available to other authors and customers, click on "Profile" and you can edit the information there. I hope I've answered your question.
