Rejected Articles

Post by SusanWickham »

Hi, I have just had my first two articles rejected. They were entitled Travelling by Stage Coach in the UK and Washing Machines and Laundry. I would be grateful if you could let me know where I went wrong as I am very keen to post other articles.

Also can you let me know if I have only one other chance to post an article before I am cancelled off the site completely!

Hi Susan,

You may want to move this post to the rejected articles forum so the editors have a better chance of finding it.

Just a thought . . .

Hi Nicole

Many thanks for your reply. I thought I was in the rejected articles forum! I will have another search to find it.

Your rejection notice should give you an idea about what kind of errors or problems were found with your articles. If you have specific questions, we can try to answer them, but we are unable to say exactly once the article is rejected because we edit hundreds of articles a week.

Thanks

Hello Ed

The rejected email gave me no clue whatsoever as to why the articles were rejected.

It's probably not worth trying again unless I know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks, Susan

Are you saying that you received a blank rejection e-mail? If so, that was a mistake. Otherwise, please tell us what the rejection e-mail said, and we will try to help you make sense of it.
