Constant Content Owes Me a Payment But Hasn't Issued It

How do I get this issue resolved? I have tried every polite way to get Constant Content's reply. You sold an article of mine on March 31. I was never issued payment. I'm starting to lose faith in this arrangement. Authors have to be compensated for work you sell or it's a major problem.

The site has been pretty glitchy lately. Constant Content has never failed to pay me or anything else that I know of what was owed to them. I understand that it must be no fun at all but I highly, highly doubt that whatever happened happened on purpose. I really hope your issue gets resolved!
