How do you claim an article in private requests?
Perhaps the article in question was up and gone before I noticed, but is there a button for claiming an article in private requests? I'm on a team that gets them that way, but I've been out of town and haven't done any yet. I saw one last night. It was a title I had suggested, so I thought it was mine to have. Logged on today, and it was gone. There must be a way to claim them. Does anyone know how?

Well private requests and private pool requests should be just that - only for you, and you should be able to find it either under your "Writer Pool" or "Private" tab. If a request is given as a public pool request however, then others would have had a chance to claim it. There is no option to "claim" straight out private requests, though private POOL requests come with the option and of course I always click it so that it shows down in my drop down menu 
I've never had a private or private pool request taken by someone else, though I have had them mysteriously disappear and then come back a few hours later...

Hmmm. So I need to keep looking to see if it returns. I'm also going to explore the tabs further. If it happens again, I'll pay more attention and figure out what's going on. Thanks for the help.
