Offers and Sold Articles

I've been a member of CC for a while (though I'm new to the forum), so this question might be very basic. However, I'm not clear about whether or not an offer that you accept automatically means a sale. I've had one customer make several offers on my articles in the last few weeks. Strangely, enough, two were for the identical article. I've accepted all of these offers, but have heard nothing since. Does this simply mean that the customer neglected to pay or actually buy the articles? Or is there just a time lag between accepting and the sale appearing in my account?

No, accepting an offer just means you accept. The customer has to come back and buy and sometimes they don't.

Hi Larry,

Here's a thread we've been using to talk about our offers. Mine haven't turned into sales yet, but I get multiple offers for the same article by the same person too.
