Requested Content "0 of 1 articles submitted"

I'm wondering, where it says "0 of 1 articles submitted" or whatever, is that info specifically for the person viewing it?

such as, does that mean that 1 article has been requested and I myself have submitted 0 articles to the request?

someone else might perhaps see in their feed 3 of 1, if they buyer only asked for 1, but they submitted 3 different articles for the buyer to choose from?

or, does the "0 of 1" mean "on all of CC" , such that if it still says 0, that means no one in all of the CC world has submitted any articles to that particular request?
