formatting

Another rejection! This time it says please format your long summaries as per our guidelines for readability. My article, Fashion Jewelry, was written in 12 point, no indentions, and double space between paragraphs. What am I doing wrong? I've read the guidelines. I'm nervous about all these rejections when I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
