What are the formats of the files to upload?

What are the formats of the files to upload? Like MS word .doc or notepad text file. Which one is preferred? Or is it recommended to upload both?

I used to upload 3 files types, but now I only upload Word (.doc) ones. I have not had any trouble with buyers being able to use them. Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK to you!
