submitted article gone!

A few hours ago, I submitted an article and it is not showing up as an article under review. Why is this? Do I need to resubmit it?

When this happens, it means that it has been rejected for some reason or another. Check your email for a reject notice (including SPAM folders/Junkmail folders etc).

Nope, already checked. There is no rejection notice, and when I went to resubmit it, it declined it because it said the title was already in use. So I have no idea where that stands.

Hmm. I accepted this article today. I remember it because I enjoyed reading about the qualities of bad bosses. Thank goodness those days are over.
