Adding full rights after acceptance

Is it possible to add full rights licence after acceptance or does it have to be re-submitted please?

Hi! Welcome to cc! You can add full rights without resubmitting. Just follow the link, "your content," click edit, and modify your license options.

Word Gypsy is right. Just note that you may ask full or unique rights only for articles that have never been published anywhere else.
