I have sold two articles but they're not showing in 'content sold' or 'licenses'. Is that because they were sold on a holiday?
Regards,
Lisa

Pending Licenses
The first thing that I would do is to see if they are pending payment. To do this look under "Licenses for Your Content" and navigate to the last page. This is where all orders being processed are listed. It will state if they are unpaid.
If the orders are still outstanding after a while CC will take care of it and if necessary will put the content back up for sale.
Don't feel bad or take it personally if this is the case. Currently I have 5 articles that are pending. It is just one of those things that happens for various reasons. The last time this occurred (in my experience) it had to do with credit card fraud.

Thank you
Hello,
I did do that. They're still unpaid, which is a pity. Hopefully the client will buy them soon, but I won't take it personally.
Best,
Lisa
