Changing a Pen Name

I want to change my pen name to something more professional. I have changed it on other sites I use and would like to use the same one here. The box is greyed out. Could I contact someone and have it changed maybe? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the only way to do this is to contact support, but since it's not an urgent request like a problem with email or something, it might take a while to get a response. I am pretty sure you use the "Contact Us" button to do this.
