I've read the guidelines and checked the most recently rejected article to find out why the article was rejected. I couldn't figure out where I failed to follow the guidelines so I need some input on this. The article has already been deleted (today 2/5/08). Was it the quality of the article? The subject matter? Sometimes it would be nice if there was an explanation as to why the article was rejected, especially if the writer is mystified about why and can't find anything in the guidelines. Obviously my concern here is that I only want to correct any issues I need to. I'm still learning my way around here and I would ask for your patience in the matter.

Most of the content in the past was due to links in the articles or sources and this time I thought that I had cleaned it up. I'll check again. It's just that if there is no reason in the rejection e-mail, and I dig like crazy to see where I messed up and don't find what could have violated the guidelines, I don't know what else to do other than this type of contact.
