A customer I recently wrote a few articles for has emailed me about another job. He says in his email that he's uploaded an xls file for me to look at which will give me an idea of what he wants. However, I can't see the file! Before I go back to him though, I want to make sure it's really not there!! If it is, will it be highlighted in the same way that the articles are highlighted (in red) when we send links to customers? I'm assuming that there should be a link somewhere in the message title of his email - is that right?
