Private Request Section?

Not that I need it, but where exactly is the Private Request Section now...?

I don't know, I spend a morning out of the 'office' and I come back to this .

I am unable to view any of my content, and cannot locate the private request section either. I hope customers still have access to this area of the website.

I noticed this post last night, and was hoping to come on and find the problem fixed today.



Any idea when it will be resolved? I have an article that needs to be submitted to the private request section.

You can go ahead and submit it if you want. If you can't put it in the Private Request category, just categorize it as normal, then direct your customer to it via Q/A.

I've noticed that changes seem to have been made to how the site is working. For example, as I mentioned in another post, the "Recently Sold Content" is only showing about six articles. In addition, the "Your Content" section has changed: the default display is "review" which shows (on my content) around 10 articles, I think (even those that aren't in review), and when I select "sold," I get only two articles up (I know I'm not one of the best-selling authors here but I've sold more than two articles ).

I'm assuming that the site is being tweaked at the moment and these problems will be rectified...?
