Hello, I'm new here and I bought a couple of articles a few days ago. With one of the articles, the preview title was fantastic. But when I bought and downloaded the article, the title was not the same as it was in the preview.
Are publishers allowed to change the title of the article? Even if it's for usage rights only?

Hello,
If you buy full rights, you can change the title but technically, no you can't change it under unique or usage.
However, you could probably contact the writer and ask if they're okay with a proposed title change. I know I'd probably agree to it especially if I had included the title in the preview.
If you have an open request and the writer in question responded, you can contact him via the question and answer link. Another idea is to open a private request to that person with your question though you might get his hopes up that he has a new assignment.
