Attaching an article

Post by grouchy »

Has anyone else experienced the inability to attach an article in response to a request (in the Q&A section)? I click on "look up article" or whatever it says - and it does indicate it's been clicked - but then nothing.

Is it just me?

Grouchy

You might want to try this again. I just did it and it seemed to work OK.

Good luck!

Alas! I still can't. Guess I'll go have a little whine with support.

Thanks, Jane.

Is there a question mark at the end of the title? Sometimes that screws things up. Either way, I'd go find the article in question and copy and paste the url in a message to the customer so that they can at least find the article in question by going to the url that you provide.

Thanks for that tip, Celeste -- I'll do that. (p.s. no question mark -- I can't even get the list to appear so I can chose the one I want.)
