Disappearing comments in Microsoft Word

Ed,

I just emailed support, but I hope you might be able to shed some light on this as well. When a private requestor purchased three of my articles just now ("Appendix Symptoms," "Symptoms of the Flu," and "Strep Throat Symptoms" - all went through the review process today, so you might remember them), the documents they downloaded did not have the comments I inserted into them with citations (as requested). I'm not sure what would have happened or how I can go about "fixing" this. Any suggestions?

If you do remember reviewing these articles (plus one other "Ovulation Symptoms"), do you remember if the comments with citations showed when you reviewed them? I know we have done this successfully in the past, multiple times!

Yes, they were there - they appear as yellow blocks that bring up the source/comment when hovered over with the mouse. I had no problem viewing these.

Phew! I just got a message saying the problem was on their end. I'm so glad, partly because I know support has enough to deal with right now.

However, I would like to add that support responded to me within mere minutes with a temporary solution. I was quite impressed! Thank you both.
