Rejection of article

Hi,

My article 'Saying No is a Step Towards Happiness' has been rejected. This is the first time I am submitting an article. Though I have read the guidelines, is there something I missed ? Could I please know the reason for the rejection?

My article was rejected a couple of days ago and I don't know why. I had submitted a couple before and was made aware they were submitted in the wrong font. I submitted the one below in the correct font. I have submitted this one to another site with no problem and the URL is listed along with Title. I was wondering if someone could look at it and offer some guidelines. Thank you.
