Granting Additional Rights

I'd love to see a spot on the submission page for authors to grant specific additional rights to customers for their articles. Many of my articles are eligible only for usage rights because I've already published them elsewhere, but I really don't mind (in most cases) if customers edit what I've written to suit their sites or if they take off my byline. I hate to think someone isn't buying my articles because they aren't allowed to make simple changes, and I would gladly grant editing and byline removal rights to customers buying usage rights.
