Previous Title Problem?

Does anyone remember what the problem was with including question marks and other symbols in the title? Word Gypsy asks if this is still an issue. I'd like to find out, but don't remember what the problem was originally in order to convey it to staff.

When you had a question mark at the end of a title, the article would display fine under normal circumstances. However, if you posted a link to that article in the Q/A section of a request, when the requester clicked the link, he would be taken to a blank page or the CC home page. Somehow the link was messed up. I think that I have since posted articles with question marks to customers successfully in recent months. I want to say that it's fixed but don't quote me on that as I'm not completely sure.
