The New Submission system has some very cool features for authors, which is going to remove some of the uncertainty in linking your hard work (articles) to the people who have been asking for it. From now on you will be able to combine the submission of your article to the review process and to the request you have been writing for. This means that submitting articles for public or private requests is now a one step process. Follow the steps below to see how the new system works for writers.
Submitting a NEW article to a request
- Make sure to click the 'Is this for a request?' button after attaching your file and selecting a category.
- Once you have clicked the button a drop down will appear.
- If you have private requests they will appear first and then public requests will be below it.
Submitting an EXISTING article to a request
- To submit an article that is already in 'Your Content' click on the 'Requested Content' that will show the open requests in the system and any private requests that you have been asked to complete.
- Find the request that you want to submit an existing article to and click on 'Ask a question/Attach Article'
- Clicking on 'Ask a question/Attach Article' will open a message that will allow you to attach the desired article.
- To attach the article click on the link next to the 'Document' field. This will bring up a list of all of your articles, so you can simply select the document you wish to submit to the request.
- Once the message is sent, with the article attached it will be listed for viewing in the customer's queue associated with the particular request.
Please don't hesitate to contact support if you have any questions about the new system and you can go to the help section on the main site to see pictures and to learn about the changes on the customer side.

Re: NEW REQUEST SYSTEM
Thanks CC. The request area looks much cleaner now as well. Lots of hard work has obviously gone into this.

Re: NEW REQUEST SYSTEM
Thanks,
Is it possible to still have a Private Request category (it's now missing) for private requests that are ongoing? For example, I have a client that has an ongoing request, but not necessarily an open thread at the moment.

Re: NEW REQUEST SYSTEM
I just noticed on old private requests that all spacing is gone. The request looks like one giant chunk of text. Not a big deal for short and to the point requests but really hard to deal with on larger requests with multiple topics/keyword combinations. Any way to make sure that spacing is incorporated?
