The idea that someone might use this to build content for their wn site doesn't bother me so much but we all know that it's also going to be used by "writers" who are then going to turn around and try to sell OUR words as their own.

Or am I just getting upset for nothing?

there are many things like this BUT once people start realizing they can get in trouble for using something like this it will stop. I have already reported sites for stealing content.

Report someone stealing content to google and the whole page will drop from google. People will learn the hard way and stop plagiarizing on the internet.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say "Thank you for looking out for the best interests of your writers," especially those of us for whom writing is a new career.

That's so ironic! A writer friend of mine asked me what I thought about "article generators" the other day because she met some guy that wanted 50+ articles.

My first response of course was, "If you can't handle all of 'em, I can do a few!"

Then I thought ... that's wrong.

How could a "writer" consider using such, it's not ethical! I don't think that a true writer would because the real excitement behind writing is the feeling of accomplishment once something is completed and no matter what we write about --we did it. It has our personal mark on it.

People will do anything to make a buck though, I'm just bummed because I didn't hit the Powerball this week! LOL (I'd go for a mysterious number generator!)
