Where do replies show up to inquiries about a public request
Would an answer come in my email or do I need to enter my CC inbox to see if the requester has replied?

Hi,
You may get an email, but you can see the new messages posted on your Account Status section when you first log in. If there is a message, it will show up under the New Messages section. When you click on the Request secton from your account, you will see messages addressed to you from the customer next to the request.
