Can't Login to Writer Account

Hi,

Can someone from admin please help me. I haven't been able to login to my account now for two days. It just keeps saying login failed everytime. I haven't changed my password or username or anything else. I have no clue what's going on. I'm desperate. Can someone please help.

This happened to me not long ago. Admin suggested that I "Empty Cache." I did and it worked.

Logins and passwords are case sensitive be sure to login with the proper case. Example: "ExampleUser"
