Illustration submission under review

Hello, thank you for reading this. I made a comic strip submission to Constant Content a couple of weeks ago, with the suggestion included to introduce this category as one of the content types the site offers. In my experience, Constant Content is pretty fast with the review procedure, I always have the feedback in a matter of days, sometimes, a reply is given in a matter of hours. The comic strip submission is in a review state since weeks, so I decided to summon my rudimentary Sherlock Holmes skills, and went to - investigate. I made a text submission some days ago, which have been reviewed and accepted after required finishing touches. All this suggests to me that the Illustrations are being reviewed with a different pace, maybe? Please tell me if this the case, but, what I really would like to know is that the Illustration submissions will be evaluated and decided upon. Sorry if I seem to be impatient, this is not the case, I just curious if the Illustration section is dormant or active. Thank you for your time.

Hi - Images are indeed reviewed at a different pace than are articles. I'm sorry I can't give you any information about when your illustration will be reviewed. I only know that images are reviewed less regularly than articles are.
