CC Articles Plagiartized En Masse--A Known Issue?

Hi,

I just discovered a number of Constant-Content articles have been plagiarized at this slapped-together site offering free article use (yaargh!):

I notified Customer Support, but since this is the weekend, I wanted to post on the forum as well, to make sure someone tackles it ASAP. It looks like this site just went up, and fast action might belay the damage...

Hi Karen,

Thanks for the heads up! I found one of my articles and notified Support with a link to the article. My article had never been sold, so it is upsetting to see it published "for free!". I'm sure Support will jump on top of this asap, though we may need to wait until Monday for an answer from someone on the CC website.

Thanks for pointing out this site. I'll be getting in touch with them and working to get the content removed. I'll keep you update on our progress.

If necessary I'll file a DMCA notice against the site.
Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly.

I just clicked that link and got, "Error 404 - Not Found."

Did you mean the article excerpts on the right side of the page?

It was there when I checked about five hours ago - though the author link showed an error message. It appears to have been removed recently.
